Williams installs bespoke equipment at Coogee Pavilion

Williams Refrigeration supplied a multitude of custom refrigeration units in a variety of colours and finishes including copper and bronze.

Originally opened in 1887 the former Beach Palace Hotel recently reopened as the Coogee Pavilion on one of Australia’s most iconic beaches.

The multi-level beachfront heritage building incorporates many features including wood-fired pizzas, a barbershop, fresh flower stall, library, theatre, weekend market, ping-pong tables, oversize chess and scrabble sets, and sand bocce court!

The ground floor offers a variety of casual dining experiences with two bars, kitchens and a lounge area with DJ and open windows to the beach.

The Rooftop features four indoor and outdoor bars, a balcony with sweeping views of the Coogee shoreline with two fully retractable walls.

Many of the cooking spaces offer bar stools to see the chefs in action.
