Opened in December 2024, Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market is a purpose-built fresh food destination serving the Margaret River region. Designed as the second major site for the Bunbury Farmers Market team, the precinct celebrates the best of more than 150 local growers and producers. The new venue sits at the centre of the Vasse Business District and has quickly become a busy anchor for locals and travellers seeking quality, convenience and fresh, ready-to-enjoy food.
A precinct designed for volume and variety
Spread across a large, modern space, Vasse Village brings together an impressive collection of kitchens and food stations. Visitors can move between the café, bakery, butchery, pizza section, sushi area, gluten free kitchen, popcorn station, production kitchen and restaurant. Each zone operates at high daily volume and supports a different style of food preparation, making refrigeration performance critical across every workspace.
The food experience
From high heat pizza production to delicate sushi preparation, each kitchen needed refrigeration suited to its style, pace and temperature requirements. The brief called for equipment that could keep ingredients fresh, withstand continuous service and support staff working across multiple preparation areas. With fast-moving stations and a strong focus on local produce, Vasse Village required a reliable refrigeration backbone that would work hard behind the scenes from open to close.

The result is a mix of units that support speed, access, efficiency and long-term durability across the entire precinct.
