Williams Refrigeration Australia have unveiled a new range of Topaz Cake displays with the square look and high efficiency LED lights. The square canopy design gives the cabinet a sleek look that will allow architects as well as Café owners the ability to include then on their list of wants.
The cake and food display cabinets are available in four widths from 900mm to 1800mm. Tall, Heated and Ambient models are also available. Shelving is adjustable both in height angle angle.
Perhaps the most significant aspect of the cabinet is the inclusion of LED lights. The heat source associated with flouro lights is eliminated with practically nil heat eminating from the LED lights.
This significant change to the lighting within the cabinet means the cabinet has to work less due to the fact there is no heat from the flouro lights, the cabinet is running less which means the electricity usage is less and that is a WIN for not only the owner but the environment.
This approach is in keeping with Williams ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and the use of LED lights across the range.
