Fine Foods is a highly anticipated, trade-only show for the foodservice industry. The annual showcase swaps location between east-coast capital cities—this year it was held in the all new convention centre at Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

The Williams product range on display included back-of-house staples such as the new UBC5 Underbroiler and a powerful WBCF20 blast chiller freezer.

We also had great feedback on our popular Jade Pizza counter. Importantly our soon to be released Jade Sandwich counter also will offer a reversed condensing unit for easy access and better cleaning.

For front-of-house solutions we showed off our latest Topaz Cake Display along with a Topaz bottom mounted freezer cabinet.

Customers had a chance to inspect our new Upright Wine Display, along with our new and improved back-bar range including the Cameo Star Back Bar and Boronia Under Counter.

Our sleek black Quartz Star Display Fridge made an appearance and a new single door Glass Chiller was a hit with its larger capacity for holding 500 x 500mm glass baskets/dishwasher racks.
