Culinary Excellence

The menu features a blend of classic brasserie dishes and innovative culinary creations, all prepared with the finest ingredients.
Refrigeration Challenges and Solutions
The project faced significant challenges with fitting a kitchen into an existing layout designed for another restaurant. The tight kitchen space and the heat from a massive woodfire Parrilla grill required innovative solutions. Williams Refrigeration stepped in to provide remote units that reduced heat and noise in the kitchen. Customised to handle high temperatures, these units ensured seamless integration and optimal performance.
Seamless Integration with Williams Refrigeration
Williams worked closely with Caterlink and interior designers Rezen to deliver refrigeration solutions that met the unique demands of this premium beachfront brasserie. Custom remote cameos for the bar, a wall-mounted Boronia unit, and a standalone freezer in Paperbark Colorbond finish with specially selected handles blended seamlessly with the interior design.
Key Highlights of Williams Products
- Cameo Remote Back Bars: Enhanced with a Paperbark finish and specialised handles for an aesthetic appeal.
- Pearl Single-Door Freezer: Customised to match the luxurious interior.
- Wall Mount Three-Door Remote Boronia: Designed for seamless integration with the venue’s sophisticated look.
- Three Opal Under-Bench Units: Varied door and drawer combinations ensured efficient use of space while maintaining a clean and refined appearance.
