Fine Foods Australia—the premier foodservice industry expo—will be on again this 10-13 September 2018. This year the venue will be the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at South Wharf.
Once again Williams will be proudly displaying a range of premium cabinets for industry visitors to inspect up-close.
This year the Williams stand has been cleverly configured to mimic a working café. A front of house section will be housing our popular Cameo Back Bar unit in sleek black, along with a number of new cabinets from our Topaz range. These include: Cake Display; Top Mount; Bottom Mount; and the ever-practical Bottle Cooler.
We’ll have on show our Boronia (including a heated rear viewing panel) and Pearl Star (pass-through and custom shelving) cabinets—customised to show the versatility of function and finish for special use cases. Our custom units are always well received as they provide new ideas and inspiration for fit-out possibilities.
The stand will include a back-of-house section showcasing our Jade Pizza Prep Counter, Under Broiler Counter and the latest hydrocarbon cabinets, leading the way in greener, energy efficiency.
By popular demand, we’re bringing back the Recharge Station, complete with a barista to serve hot coffee pick-me-ups along with a mobile device charging station to save you when your battery’s running low. It’s a great chance to take a break from the hectic show pace.
