Cibaria Noosa offers a considered, design-led dining experience just moments from Hastings Street. Located within the Elysium precinct, the venue invites guests through Bar Capri before revealing a space where premium Australian produce meets coastal Italian influence, brought to life by acclaimed restaurateurs Anna and Alessandro Pavoni.
The result is a venue that feels both elevated and relaxed, grounded in its coastal setting while delivering a high-end food and wine experience.

A space defined by detail
From the moment guests enter, the design intent is clear. Materials, finishes and lighting work together to create a warm, layered environment that supports both intimate dining and seamless service.
Every element has been carefully resolved to ensure the venue functions as effortlessly as it presents, balancing atmosphere with practicality across both front and back of house.
The food experience
Cibaria’s menu centres on high-quality, seasonal produce supported by a strong and carefully curated wine offering. The kitchen and bar operate with precision, requiring refrigeration that supports consistency, presentation and efficiency across both food and beverage service.
The brief called for solutions that would integrate cleanly into the bespoke fitout while delivering reliable performance during busy service periods.
Seamless refrigeration solutions with Williams
Working closely with Food Service Design Australia and fabrication partner T&H Sheetmetal, Williams supplied a combination of custom and standard refrigeration solutions tailored to the venue’s design and operational needs.
Custom-built Pearl wine fridges with a bespoke colour finish were designed to align with the interior palette and enhance presentation. Integrated Opal drawer systems were built into a custom European cooking suite, supporting efficient workflow and easy access for chefs. Additional Opal units and Cameo back bar systems ensure consistent performance across both kitchen and bar environments.
