How do I put the cabinet into defrost manually?
On WUBC Controllers Press the Up and Down Arrows together until the defrost light appears.

What information do I need to hand when ordering a spare part?
You will need to state the following: Company name, address, quotation reference - if you have already been quoted, if not a correct model and serial number, payment details - either cheque or credit card.
We do also ask for faxed orders so that we have hard copies of the customer’s order with all there details on.

What information do I need to provide when I am ringing re a breakdown or service?
Product name/code and serial number on silver serial tag positioned inside left hand door of cabinet on inside wall, near top or on the back of the cabinet.

What power supply is required for the blast chiller models WBCF30 and 40?
15 Amp that requires hard wiring into electrical connection
