The newest RACV resort complex at Torquay Victoria has selected Williams Refrigeration cabinets.
The $100m RACV Resort is located on Victoria’s Surf Coast at the very beginning of the iconic Great Ocean Road and features spectacular ocean views and direct beach access.
It also includes an 18-hole golf course, a 100 room 5-star hotel, day spa, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, gaming facilities, restaurants, bars and conference facilities. The Resort banquet facilities can cater for 270 guests with the building set over five levels. The resort is located around 90 minutes by road from Melbourne and 20 minutes from Geelong.
The unique design of the resort is a stand-out feature with the building being the largest rammed-earth structure in Australia. Extensive use of sustainable technologies is a feature.
Designed by MTD Group, the kitchen incorporates many Williams refrigeration products including Preparation Benches, undercounter fridges and freezers, uprights, and a Retarder Prover with touch screen bakery DoughMaster controller.
